Grab a bike, and your scariest costume, and get ready to ride through the streets screaming on the Halloween Critical Mass--which falls right on Halloween this year!
Critical Mass is a monthly celebration of bicycles and other nonpolluting means of transportation, exercising our right to the road. Critical Mass is a movement, not an organization; no two riders participate for exactly the same reason. New York City's first Critical Mass was in 1993.
8:30 PM: Party Ride Meet Up, Brooklyn side of the Williamsburg Bridge
9:00 PM - until late: Halloween Dance Party at Time's Up! (The Surreal Estate, 15 Thames St., BROOKLYN (L to Morgan Avenue).
* 3 Floors of Party, two for dancing and music
